Travel Blogger Must Haves: Apple Macbook Air vs HP Chromebook | Motherhood Unplugged

Mama needs a new computer! I'm currently in the market for a new laptop because one of my loving toddlers spilled water on my precious Macbook Air and it is now ruined. (insert angry mama bear face here) I have been a loyal fan of Apple products since about 2004 and I still have all of my vintage babies in storage but this time around I am considering purchasing from another company, gasp.... I know I know don't come for me Apple heads I'm just weighing my options along with my coins. I logged into my Amazon Prime account in order to conduct some research on which laptop was on sale, had the best reviews and was of course cute because who wants to tote around an ugly computer right? lol

I typed in 'laptops on sale' in the search bar and came across the HP 14inch Chromebook laptop for $229 with Prime delivery in comparison to the Apple Macbook Air 13inch for $889. Now just judging by price if money was no object of concern, I'd probably lean towards the Macbook; however since I have adopted a new David Ramsey mentality when it comes to money my mind is telling me to get the HP. What do you think would be the best option technology wise? Speaking of tech gadgets, I'm also in the market for a gimbal, the stability device many use when producing films. Have you used one and do you see much of a difference in your video quality? Let me know.
