Once you've passed the interview process and have successfully passed your mock trial classes you are now eligible to take certification courses for the levels you wish to teach. You can first certify for levels 1 and 2 and then you can apply for levels 3-7 and trials once you have successfully taught a certain number of classes with a high feedback rating from parents.

I also recommend that you join the community on Facebook. I recommend the VIPKID TOC facebook group for all of the brown and black teachers. It is a great online space where we come to fellowship, have fun and share tips among one another to help us all succeed in building profitable online businesses. You can also join the official VIPKID facebook group. I recommend going there to get official business first hand, all of the other 'junk' you may see or read about is definitely something to steer clear of.

Next up is joining manycam if you wish to use digital technology to enhance your classroom. This is a great tool to use for those who travel or who are just minimalist. You can purchase a package for less thank $30 and save a ton on buying lots of 2D props. I highly recommend using manycam although not all families are fans of it because it can be a distraction for some children.

Finally, if you want to step up your reward systems, I would highly recommend joining the Google Slides group on facebook and downloading GS to your drive to use via an ipad or dual screen on manycam or camtwist etc. This is an amazing FREE resource so take advantage of it.

If you follow these steps you are sure to have plenty of repeat students and lots more bookings.
